A pregnant women comes with complaints of weakness and easy fatiguability and swelling in lower limbs during pregnancy. How will you do the work up of the patient of anaemia with special emphasis on Iron deficiency anaemia. What are the causes of anemia, types of anemia and degree of anemia will be discussed and finally management of anemia.
